They repaired my F150 a couple of years ago for deer car damage. Then recently I had a issue with the repair parts from Ford that they used to repair my door. Without hesitation they investigated and contacted Ford regarding the replacement part. The part was past the warranty period, they informed me. They went ahead and repaired the affected area of the door anyway at no cost to me. I give this company a 5 star plus rating!
