If it was possible to give this clown negative stars, I WOULD. The "CLOWN" in question is Todd, the owner of C&C Auto Body. In a mom & pop town like Cocoa Beach, it's surprising to me how easy it is for some businesses to completely disregard customer service. That's Todd, quite the jerk. Is there a legitimate story behind this? Yep, read on. Stopped by C&C on a Tuesday for an estimate on my smashed door (hit in a parking lot, while parked), to see a prominently displayed window sign that read "Estimates 9-11am, M-F..." A quick check of time... 10:15. I should've been golden. "Sorry, Todd's not here. If you leave your number, I'll have him call you when he gets in." Several hours later without a call, I called them. "Sorry, he left for the day." The apologies are starting to fall a little short, to say the least. That Thursday, I stopped in at 10am. This time, Todd was there, but came out, looked at my car, and said he didn't have anybody that could work on my car, because he was "between men." I wanted to explain that I wasn't in a hurry, and just needed to get the insurance process started, but Todd interrupted me with "I'M NOT INTERESTED." Then he turned his back on me, without another word, and rudely walked away. Fuck Todd. Fuck C&C. Fuck the fake 5-star reviewers. Bad experience before i even had repair work done. Stopped in and got an estimate for a repair on a bumper. Was given a price that I thought was a bit high, but agreed to it. Then was told they couldn't get it in for three weeks. Again agreed to wait patiently. Came in three weeks later on my scheduled date after making arrangements to have a rental car and so on to be told while dropping keys off that they could'nt get to the job this week and would have to push me back a week. I received a sorry and that's pretty much it. This is not a way to run a business. Will not go back and will take my business to somebody that values a customer. read more

We had to use C&C because after my collision, the police officer called them to tow my car to their place. The only good thing I can say about this place, was the driver that towed my car, was quick to get there and nice. We always take our car to a different auto body shop. When we tried to get our car released from C&C to our preferred auto body shop, they were more than difficult and tried to keep our car at their shop, causing undue stress to an already stressful situation. They questioned and doubted our decision to have our car towed to our preferred auto shop, and they took their time on getting our car towed to the new shop, racking up charges for our insurance with the already ridiculous high costs for the tow. Thank goodness our preferred auto body shop stayed on top of C&C to get my car towed and fixed quickly. Do not use this place, because we won't again. read more

I read the other reviews and couldn't believe there wasn't something more current written about this very competent and professional business. We have had work done twice by C&C and are about to have our third visit. Twice was not our fault and other insurance took care of the cost. They are not the cheapest, but they are very good at what they do, and you don't have to worry about work being done right. If you have insurance or if the other guy is at fault, the price shouldn't be the main issue anyway. Their repair shop across the street is also incredibly honest and goes out of their way for customers that come in for miscellaneous work. They have always been prompt and on time for what they promised. I am not friends or related with anyone at their business. read more

I've been in Florida for a lovely 3 week vacation driving a rental van. Two days before my flight home, I scratched the right rear bumper while pulling into the garage. Curious as to the cost of the repair, I stopped at C and C Body Shop on Manatee Lane. The owner came out to give me an estimate and then he tried fixing the scratch by rubbing some acetone over the scratch. He was able to remove some of the scratches, but not all. He thought that Alamo would have to repaint that area. He and the woman at the counter (his wife?) couldn't have been more helpful or friendlier. I would highly recommend C and C to anyone who needs some body repair. read more

I looked everywhere to post a review for C&C auto repair (not body) and it cant be found so I will take to this... I brought my car to C&C about a year ago and was very pleased with the service so when my car broke this time I had it towed to them again. Wrong move. Even though I was made aware that they were very busy I called after one week only to be told it wasn't looked at yet... so I called another week later after not hearing anything for 2 weeks. I was informed they thought it was something that was broke in my car for over 4 years (that has never caused an issue) and was told they weren't even sure they could fix that... no one called me ... the car was just sitting there. the lady realized my frustration after 2 weeks of NOTHING and said I could get it towed elsewhere if I like. Which is exactly what I did ... spent more money to have it picked up and moved to another auto repair shop who had my car on a lift and looked at within 24 hours and kept me updated as well. I also found that my car had not even been moved from where it was dropped off 2 weeks earlier. I saw absolutely no effort whatsoever and got a "good luck" when handed my keys back. If they didn't want my business and money they could have at least called me and not wasted 2 weeks of my time. I found this very unprofessional and would not recommend them. read more

I am new to this area and my car needed an oil change. I called the shop and was told to come one in. The lady in the office as well as the tech were very nice and helpful. The mechanic David had my car done in less than an hour. Thanks guys, I will be back ... read more
