A quick check of time... 10:15. I should've been golden. "Sorry, Todd's not here. If you leave your number, I'll have him call you when he gets in." Several hours later without a call, I called them. "Sorry, he left for the day." The apologies are starting to fall a little short, to say the least. That Thursday, I stopped in at 10am. This time, Todd was there, but came out, looked at my car, and said he didn't have anybody that could work on my car, because he was "between men." I wanted to explain that I wasn't in a hurry, and just needed to get the insurance process started, but Todd interrupted me with "I'M NOT INTERESTED."
