I requested service for power washing my driveway for an oil stain. I called Able and Ready and he…read morequoted me $150 after sending him a picture of my single car driveway. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly within days of the quote. He came out and looked over the driveway. I also had red spray paint on my driveway that he noticed as well and told me that could come up very easily. I asked him how much of the oil stain would actually come out and he said about 80% but because it was so old that it wouldn't come out completely. I proceeded with the service and it took him around 20-25 minutes to complete. Overall, he did the job that was asked, he was professional and polite. He did say that he uses all organic chemicals. I'm not sure if I'm being unreasonable but I just feel like it's possible for the oil stain to come out more than it did. The spray paint came out with no issue. We keep our home pretty clean but the deep cleaning takes time and energy and we had a family party coming up so I wanted a little extra help. The lady who cleaned our home was nice I wish i could remember her name. she showed up with her own supplies and came on time. we did a walk through in the beginning and end. I told her my focus points which were my bathrooms, kitchen, and dusting and wiping down my inside windows. She was transparent with me about one of my showers having mold in the caulking that was difficult to remove and I Understood. I think she did a good job overall but I wouldn't call this a deep cleaning in my opinion. I think if you really want a deep cleaning you need at least 2 people. I think I paid $175 and tipped her $40 as well and I do feel like it was a fair price for the cleaning that was done. I was really hoping baseboards, cabinets, and fridge doors would be wiped down. She did a good job in my bathrooms and oven was clean inside as well but not my microwave. Don't expect them to sweep or vacuumed under furniture tho. I would hire again but maybe 2 people next time for it to be extra clean.

What a waste of money. Cons: - SO-CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE: Their "customer service" is horrible and very clearly just a call center in another country. They will quote you the highest possible rate for new customers unless you ask about other options. Then there's "Jessica" their Yelp "Business Manager" who is also obviously just a stock image of some woman that gives AI responses. - JOB INCOMPLETE: My house (3 bd 2 bath) was already in pretty good condition aside from some dusting/mopping/vacuuming that was needed. For this reason, I booked the Custom Clean with one cleaner ($115) instead of Deep Clean (approx $250). The cleaner spent ONE HOUR alone on one bathroom knowing that time was limited and there were more rooms to get to. Eventually she ran out of time after 2.5 hours and only got to one bedroom, two bathrooms and the kitchen counter tops (no mopping or dusting in the kitchen). Now I'm paying for her poor time management and cleaning the rest of the house myself. - UPDATED: Card hold: Customer service told me I would not be charged until after the cleaning was complete, but immediately after booking, a hold for the total amount was put in my card. Pro: - The cleaner arrived on time and brought her own cleaning supplies but I guess that's kind of expected.

Alex cleaned the inside of my refrigerator (which I had not cleaned in about seven years) from top to bottom. She also removed all of the dirt and dust from my front door and security door. She cleaned my blinds and windows. She used her vacuum to remove the dust from my couch. She also removed the dust from lots of objects around the house, such as vacuum cleaners, travel bags, lamps, etc. Living in a dust-free house is priceless, and Alex's cleaning services represent a tremendous value. I will definitely hire Alex again the next time my house needs to be cleaned!

Marcelo explained there was no extra charge if time went over as it was a flat rate for the size of my home. Max, called to confirm the extra time so Carla could continue to work. The whole time Carla was available for questions and asked for my inspection after the work. She was very pleasant to talk to and helpful. Tip was added to the invoice after the work was completed. No need to hand over cash or deal with cards. The work was beyond great.
