When the dumpster was delivered, I was inside my home when I heard the truck. I ran outside and the driver was parked exactly where I requested the dumpster placed. The driver asked, "Is this where you want it?" When I replied "yes," he released the dumpster from the truck. The inside and outside of the dumpster was clean and in good condition. The dumpster was picked up promptly when I called. The dumpster was parked on the ground and when the dumpster was removed, the soil was not disturbed and there were no tire or dumpster tracks left. I was moving and hired this company through U-Haul; seeing they were the cheapest option, I figured they could at least help us move our large furniture onto a truck. I booked them, and the company contacted me over the weekend, confirming they could help us move on Monday morning at 10:30 a.m. Come Monday morning, 10:30, no one arrived. There was no contact from them regarding lateness nor confirming again they were on the way. I was fairly patient and expected things not to be perfect, so I texted at 10:36 asking when they would be coming. Not until 11:00 (30 minutes after the time they confirmed they would help us) did I receive a text back saying they were finishing up a move and would come after. At 11:01, I asked for a rough time estimate of when that would be. It took until 12:00 for them to text me that they would be arriving at 12:30. Come 12:30, no one showed up, and no one contacted me to say they were on the way. I called the number again at 12:50, and the man on the phone was surprised when I told him no one had shown up. He said he would call me back. 15 minutes went by with no calls. I called his number again but this time he did not pick up. At 1:10, nearly 3 hours after the confirmed moving time, when we had moved nearly all our belongings down to the truck ourselves, we finally received a call from the movers Legacy sent saying they were parked a block away. The two movers who showed up were great. They worked fast, getting the last of the furniture, and were kind. However, when talking to them, I learned they were hired off Craigslist the day before (never worked with Legacy before) and could barely reach the moving company. Along with this, I learned the move they were doing before (the one I was told they had to finish up first) wasn't even for the company; they were moving a personal friend's stuff that morning. When I called the company number, Legacy did not apologize and told me that there was a two-hour minimum. They would not be discounting any of the price despite being three hours late and barely communicating. After all this poor communication, the movers and I lost so much confidence in Legacy that neither of us were sure if they would be paid. We ended up letting them wait with us an extra ten minutes so that they could use our wifi and confirm Legacy cash-apped them payment. That, the company at least did fairly promptly. TL;DR Do not use this company. They are just an uncommunicative middleman for hiring movers off craigslist.

The other person arrived about 10 mins later and asked me where the other person was. When they finished, I looked around the downstairs quickly, saw a few things and 1 of them took care of it. They rest of that day and the next day, I saw plenty of evidence to suggest the deep clean part didn't happen. There was visible dust on multiple blinds still, dust on a couple of light fixtures, coffee table bottom area extremely dusty, a few baseboards not dusted, etc... The business reached out to see how the service went and they were on it immediately to fix it. They sent another set of people a few days later with 1 of them being one of the same people from before. I walked them around, showed them the spots missed and they took care of it. All in all, it was an okay experience.
