I've followed up again, and once again -- no response. The season is long over. My daughter never received her shirts, and we've since purchased better-quality ones from an Etsy seller who delivered in under two weeks (and for less money). The patch was a completely different material, visibly crooked, and when I pointed it out, there was no accountability -- just a charge. But if he wants to maintain a good reputation, he may want to reconsider who's left in charge.
