I've followed up again, and once again -- no response. The season is long over. My daughter never received her shirts, and we've since purchased better-quality ones from an Etsy seller who delivered in under two weeks (and for less money). As someone with decades of experience in quality engineering and business evaluation, I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism on the production floor and the delays in updates. The entire process dragged out for about three weeks, which was far longer than expected for such a simple task. While I appreciate that they did issue a refund, it was not a seamless resolution, and I hope they improve their customer communication going forward.
