Thank you for the option to choose. The expert, Roger, that came by did an amazing job communicating what needed to be done and knew what steps to follow. When the second expert, Roger, came by, everything was quick, simple, and straightforward. I have yet to have everything completed yet, but so far it's been a great experience all things considered. Oh and I love that they send me a text of who I should be expecting and that they're on the way. Great touch. 10/10.

They explain everything in detail, take and show you photos/videos, check in constantly to make sure you're ok, are always prompt, work super hard, and are a joy to work with. Daniel came out to inspect and could not locate the leak, but could hear it. Suggesting a little bit of time for the leak to come to the surface, it finally showed itself on our lawn. Dillon came out and located the leak, repaired, tested and advised the system is now closed and no leaks evident. Daniel and Dillon are very conscientious and thorough in their work. They are great to work with and I trust them to complete the job and at a fair price. You definitely will not feel cheated, and they will explain all details related to the job. they are my "go to", in terms of plumbing and honesty.

Additionally, he refused to provide a quote on Yelp, possibly aiming to give me an inflated price in person. He then proposed a charge of "$1,800.00" for the job!!! I reach out to another licensed plumber in yelp as well, they were professional, honest, and confident in their work. They ended up charging me only $600.00 to complete the job! For my interaction and experience with Mr. Daniel, I cannot recommend Purpose Plumbing.
