Unfortunately, Mr. Daniel appeared uncomfortable with the idea of an easy installation for a water filtration and water softener system. He constantly emphasized how much work he believed was involved, seemingly thinking I lacked knowledge about the process. Additionally, he refused to provide a quote on Yelp, possibly aiming to give me an inflated price in person. He then proposed a charge of "$1,800.00" for the job!!! I reach out to another licensed plumber in yelp as well, they were professional, honest, and confident in their work. They ended up charging me only $600.00 to complete the job! We have worked with Daniel before and were very pleased with his work on our water heater install. A year and half later, our water bill increased with notifications from SAWS of a potential leak. Daniel came out to inspect and could not locate the leak, but could hear it. Suggesting a little bit of time for the leak to come to the surface, it finally showed itself on our lawn.
