We have worked with Daniel before and were very pleased with his work on our water heater install. A year and half later, our water bill increased with notifications from SAWS of a potential leak. Daniel came out to inspect and could not locate the leak, but could hear it. Suggesting a little bit of time for the leak to come to the surface, it finally showed itself on our lawn. Unfortunately, Mr. Daniel appeared uncomfortable with the idea of an easy installation for a water filtration and water softener system. He constantly emphasized how much work he believed was involved, seemingly thinking I lacked knowledge about the process. Additionally, he refused to provide a quote on Yelp, possibly aiming to give me an inflated price in person. He then proposed a charge of "$1,800.00" for the job!!! I reach out to another licensed plumber in yelp as well, they were professional, honest, and confident in their work. They ended up charging me only $600.00 to complete the job! Ensure the hot water is going before your plumber leaves. We needed to have the breaker turned on (after calling the plumber advising no hot water) then when it still wasn't warming up, we cracked open the instructions and found we had to connect it to the WiFi before it would work. Sometimes new-fangled is just that. I was happy with the rest of the install and the pressure valve installation. I was concerned about our water pressure as our house is getting older. I feel better now. I would recommend this plumber as he did a thorough job and was fastidious about everything else.
