I only had interactions with the woman who answers the phone who was rude and sounded annoyed to have a customer call. She didn't know when we could get delivery either. We were quoted over $3 a gallon back then which is crazy. We went with another local company down the road and paid $1.59 a gallon for the first fill up. We also told them to come get their rental tank a year and a half ago too since they charge exactly double what the other company does... They still have never bothered come get the old tank which now lives in a field....
