Now if you have a mailbox and pay your fees, you will be charged additional fees if you get more than 10 packages a month. Get an additional 10 packages per month for another $5. This was not explained well by a couple of staff. So for any online sellers who use this paid service, they will be charged for each additional package beyond 10 for just receiving packages. So now after paying for shipping and monthly fees, they charge per package after 10 packages per month. We'll ask to see the policies and if they are congruent with corporate policy. It's a busy place after work and weekends.

Sometimes deliveries are confusing as to whether they are coming to my off-grid address or the post office. Understanding that I chose to live near the middle of nowhere, having postal service with friendly folks is a treat. Once a week I travel to the post office, it is a fifteen mile journey through the hot, dusty mountain desert where sunburn, heat stroke and dehydration is a constant threat. I look forward to the happy faces and the bowl of candy. The public area is always clean and maintained. I don't know how they do it but I have never had to avoid stray cattle, horses or wild donkeys in the parking lot.

My packages got sent to the local post office I called them 25 times over a four day. Never getting an answer, I drove 65 miles to the post office. They were open and they told me my packages were just sent back. I asked him if the phones were down because I called them so many times they said they have the wrong phone number listed. I told him I called the Post Office main # to locate a post office to , get the phone number for the Concho post office and they gave me the same number I had been calling it's the wrong number so they don't get any phone calls. Maybe they like it that way but it cost me 130 mile round-trip to get nothing would've been nice to get a hold of somebody at the Post Office . I was trying to reach the post office I was trying to reach was in Concho,, AZ 85924. Someone should look into that. And post the correct number that was rather frustrating.
