I messaged them on Yelp and got a response the same day from Becky. They had availability that worked for me so I scheduled myself to come in the next week. The office is in a larger commercial shopping center but not difficult to find. I came a little early and was helped right away by Tina, who Becky had confirmed over yelp that she would be assisting me with my taxes. Tina was friendly and easy to talk with. Becky is a wonderful CPA. She took me in last minute and was able to process my tax documents up to the very last minute. Her prices are very affordable. I never went to her office not once. She uses this program to video chat and has the ability to share her screen and go over data with with me virtually. Unlike most CPA's where they require you visit in person, she was very accommodating. I e-signed all of my documents and was extremely responsive to text and phone call.
