This Grand Prairie location is closest to me from Irving, but I tend and would rather drive to the North Dallas location. The Grand Prairie location on Church street is the worst in wait time as well as customer service is just plain unacceptable. The people at the Grand Prairie location are rude, nasty, negative employees! Not everyone of them, but 3/4 of the reps I have dealt with. They act like they don't want to be at work. I do not understand why the North Dallas location on 635 is total opposite in wait time and customer service. It is worth me driving to the North Dallas location rather than the closer Grand Prairie. The North Dallas location at 6820 LBJ Freeway ste.1300 Dallas, Texas is the most sufficient, well run, most polite customer service than any I have ever seen. I can go to this location (close to my work) and be in and out fast. The reps are all very nice and act like they enjoy going to work, even on there busiest days. At the North Dallas LBJ location you are treated like a customer, a friend, always with a smile and so friendly. Who ever manages the North Dallas location needs to teach the one over in Grand Prairie how to be a successful well run tax office! I applaud all of the workers at the North Dallas location and thank them for being who they are! The Grand Prairie location gives government run offices a bad reputation.
