We have a 2 story house so we wanted someone to come out and clean the gutters for us. Window Genie…read moredid them in the spring with no problems but this time we had several issues. They were scheduled for 10, so when I hadn't seen or heard from anyone by noon I called and left a message with their answering service. Got a call back an hour later to tell me they would be there between 2 and 3. The guys show up at 2 and do the work, and they dropped a ladder on my downspout, detaching it and denting it. I waited for them to bring it up, but when he gave me the invoice and didn't say anything I brought him over there to show him. They then reattached it and tried to bend it back into shape and asked if it was "OK". I asked if they would replace it since they damaged it, and he said to call the office. They measured it and left. I called the office and again got an answering service, so I just asked what I should do next. The woman told me she would have her manager call. Shortly after, I get a call from a very rude woman telling me that they will replace it, but when I asked if we could schedule a time for them to come back she said "its not an emergency" and she will try to get to it in the next few days. I appreciate knowing when people will be at my house working on it, and she was very rude about my asking for a date. She did agree to call me to let me know when it was done, and that I wouldn't have to pay the invoice till it was finished. Overall, the work was mediocre and the woman who runs the local office was very rude, would not recommend.

Based on the quote he gave us we decided to go with the company to have our inside and outside windows cleaned. I should mentioned That he told us about the company and how great of a business it is , and how his customers are satisfied with the job they do. We set up a date for cleaning for 6/11/2026 Thursday. As we were getting close to that date, I have not heard from them so I called to confirm. I spoke to a woman by name of Tamie to find out when they were coming on the 11th. She said I could expect them mid to late morning, because the customer before us wasn't home. I live in Sturgeon Bay and she said the crew was in Egg Harbor which is not far from us. I said okay, soon after she calls me back ,to tell me they are going to Baileys Harbor first because it is closer than we are , which is not true. She said they will still come to me when they promised, it was already mid morning. We already moved things around the house to accommodate the crew. It then became 1:00pm and they have not arrived yet, I called Tamie and said where are they , she replied that they will be going back to the first customer because they came home and we will be in the late afternoon. I said really , why should we be penalized and have to wait, that customer should wait not us. She then replied that she can return our deposit if we are not satisfied with this time frame. At this point I had enough from this company and I said credit my deposit back to my account,she said okay I will, I then hung up. Because of the terrible time I had communicating with this Tamie person to get the crew out on the time , I then assumed their window cleaning service would probably be unsatisfactory also. I should also mention that Tamie did say that it was her fault that all this happened. Okay,then she should do what is right to accommodate us. This person should not be responsible for scheduling crews or talking to customers about arrival times. Jim Vioito should not be telling us how great the service is witthe company that he represents, seeing that he couldn't back it up.

Requested services when we got too busy to keep up with all our housework due to our high demand…read morejobs. They delivered everything they promised and they left our house sparkling clean. The job was done thoroughly, nothing was missed, and although I am super OCD about cleaning even I was impressed and will continue to use them on a regular basis. ALSO had tried Merry Maids however the job was pathetic at best, and I demanded they come back and 'redo' multiple times for the price I paid for them. Had a private cleaner for a while however she just kept doing less and less as time went on. Friendly, trustworthy, hardworking- can't say enough. Thanks guys!!
