Alan was such a gentleman and courteous . Alan quickly went to work and was done in 10 to 15 minutes. He also checked the garage outlets and found those weren't working either and fixed those too. I had neglected to hit the reset buttons on the outlets. Alan only charged me $50 which is so kind since I'm on a fixed disability income. Alan even showed me how to fix it myself next time. The tech spent four hours at our house and wasn't able to fix any of the issues - not only that but he created two new electrical issues. Our garage now is shortening out and the oven in our kitchen is shorting out and both not working. We asked him to replace some switches but he didn't have the right colors so I told him to wait to the next appointment because I would rather have switches that match. He replaced them anyways and did he will fix them next time. The biggest problem now is the company won't communicate with me. I let them know the new issues and would like the outlet covers fixed as well as him continuing to work on the other issues but for over a week they have ignored phone calls, msssages and text - so they didn't fix anything, made some things worse and put on the wrong outlet covers and won't respond. I am so disappointed because I thought I hired a good company with great customer service and reviews- all I have gotten so far is poor customer service and poor communication. I know our electrical issues are complex and would probably require additional appointments but to make it worse and not return any communication is so poor on the companies part.

If you purchase a generator from Northern, don't expect any service. I called them in on a problem…read morewith my Kohler. From the start, it was obvious the "tech" didn't know much. He couldn't even find a key component on the generator that could be causing the problem. He left telling me I would be better off getting a new generator because the Kohler parts could exceed 3.5K. After 4 days I contacted them to find out what was going on with my repair. I believe the "techs" boss called me back and he too told me I would be better off purchasing a new generator because the Kohler parts would exceed 3K. So, I decided to fix it myself. With about an hour of troubleshooting and less than $150 in parts, I have a running Kohler standby house house generator again. It's no wonder why Kohler doesn't authorize Northern for warranty repair.

This was often solid modeling GIS and GPS mapping. At any rate, I just found another electrical contractor who was both welcoming and open to share knowledge and not expect compensation for his 10min consult. In short, when I find individuals who are courteous and wanting to help I like to make sure they get the best foot forward. I looked at examples of their work online and it's precisely as I hoped to find. Top shelf.
