Unique Upholstery & Design asked me to bring it in early in the morning and said they would work on it as soon as I got there. They were true to their word. I dropped it off at 9;30 AM and I picked it up at 4:00 PM on the same day with all the work done. Because I was from out of town, they worked with me so that I wouldn't have to wait for several days. I still had to make sure to work with the company to book the appointment and for them to get the materials needed but they went over and above what I had expected. As for the work, it was top notch.
