I called, told them the make, model, and wanted something good in snow, rain, and off road (for a Jeep). They answered a few questions, ordered the tires, I scheduled the appointment, got them put on, and when I went to pay thought it was a mistake because the price was so low. After paying, was driving off the lot and immediately noticed a huge difference - it rode much smoother. The next day, researched the tire brand thinking with such a low price, it was a bad brand - only to discover that the brand is a recognized one and of high quality; additionally, the specific tire's description specifies that it is made for snow, rain, and for off road. I love, love, love Piedmont Tire & Auto. The professionals are incredibly good, attentative, and polite. One recommendation is to either drop it off or Uber somewhere while waiting. Though they are efficient and operate, smoothly, they have a constant flow of customers. They appreciate buffer time to accommodate everyone.

Also, on the very large facebook forum, the group rules state fundraisers must be approved by admin (him). If you ask him to post a medical fundraiser for medical equipment (saving a sick service dog), he will again warp it as asking for handouts to the public. He will then utilize his platform of 30k locals to bash previous customers- including posting their picture with name calling and cruel accusations. This is the caliber of businessman you are dealing with.

Made an appointment today to have the tire fixed but needed it towed to the shop. With the snow and all I lucked out it wasn't busy. I requested a quote through Yelp and within minutes Walter was able to get back to me and squeeze me in. Within the hour he was out front and able to grab my car, my keys, and drop it off ahead of my appointment. I got a text receipt and a photo of the car at the drop off. It was quick, easy, and given the short distance it had to go, very affordable. I definitely recommend and will keep them in mind should the need arise.

Got a quote on a rebar order for $2,884, which sounded ridiculous, and the salesperson, who was a…read morenice guy, but a bit of a used car salesman, was trying to convince me about "availability, and their amazing customer service", both of which I know isn't true (availability isn't a thing anymore for at least a year now, don't buy into it, and their customer service is mediocre at best - I speak from experience on both counts). Speaking of customer service, the salesperson (I'm probably too nice of a guy to mention him by name) also told me that we had to unload their truck with a forklift, out Bobcat attachment would not suffice, this after being twice the price of everyone else. Ended up shopping it, and immediately the prices were, again, literally about half. Ended up going with a different source, next day delivery, with a forklift attached to their two truck, so they load and unload, for $1,588. I then called Zalex back (yea, let's just call him out) to see why the price was almost double, I honestly was trying to get some clarification, thought maybe I'm ordering the wrong stuff, and he kept saying over and over again "if you can find better prices, you should buy it." Thanks for the unsolicited permission, Zalex. Again, I'm more than happy to pay, and I often do, let's say 5-10% more for great service, I call it a headache fee, but BMG has clearly made it their new mission to rip people off.
