My insurance provider tried SIX companies- none had 4 wheel drive or wanted to risk it. I called Advance - they showed up in under 50 min and it took the driver a total of 12 minutes to get me hooked up & completely out. I reply in the affirmative and Steve says "we'll be right over". They sent two tow trucks - one to provide safety (as drivers appear to drive in drunken oblivion along that stretch of Route 7). Steve pulls up to load the Bimmer on the flatbed. Fully explains the loading/ towing process and how he'll ensure ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE to the Bimmer. I'm like (COOL!). In order to do so, your driver decided it would be okay to drive on my lawn. When the driver was out of the cabin and at the tail of the towing truck, moving the car off of the ramp, the truck actually moved forward more into the yard. Upon leaving, he drove even further onto my property, cutting the wheels to try and navigate his way out. When confronted by my wife, he said he didn't leave any tracks on the lawn. I beg to differ. We work hard to maintain our property and keep it looking nice. For your driver to unilaterally decide it was okay to do this is absolutely unacceptable. I am not yet fully aware of what actions I have at my disposal here, but I wanted to start by letting you know about this incident and to check with you to see if this is an accurate representation of your company's standards and practices. --- That message was sent to Blair's Towing after I called the company about the incident. Our car's battery was dead and my hubby called them to tow our car to the dealership to fix. So, my hubby was able to drive our car to the dealership and the tow truck came along with him to make sure the trip would be fine. The company took $60 off from the agreed $180 tow fee (I guess as they didn't technically tow our car). But how nice, right?! It is my first yelp review, but I think when a company is particularly great, they deserve something. We would definitely keep their number in our cars now in case of emergency in the future.

The technicians who have come out have always been incredibly kind and helpful (one even recognized me from a previous jump and gave me references for a different shop to try). The customer service rep who answers the phone on the other hand is incredibly rude, as other reviews mention. I understand that they probably don't deal with the kindest customers since people are rarely in a good mood when they're calling for a towing service, but if they can't be kind to customers they shouldn't be on the phones.
