I had many question so he let me call him and answered them all. Now this isn't a company it's a single man with a partner so the quote was about $20 higher than the others but that didn't matter! The quality of work was amazing! He came to the house right when he said he was. The in person quote was even better than the phone once he saw the car. This man worked for 5 hours so the price in my opinion was so much with the work (I ended up giving what he quoted in the beginning bc of how hard and long they worked). The car was like I just bought it. I'll add some after pictures but what I want everyone to know is this..... These gentleman found over $100 in cash under my daughter's seat that could have been there years and they returned it!!!! These guys are the real deal just trying to make a business get off the ground. , they deserve more than 5 stars. If you are thinking of getting a detail just stop and call Oscar. I chose the $14.99 wash ($1.50 more for trucks) but was charged $27+. A little frustrating having to work that out when I was clear about the wash I wanted. Once my truck was done (pretty quick, actually), I had to have them go back over it as there were still lots of bugs on the bumper, grill and hood. Two guys spent some time recleaning it but it was still dirty. I went ahead and just left but I had to go back over several areas myself once I got home and I really didn't want to do that. Also, a wet dog smell lingered inside from the cloths they were using. Probably won't be going back to this place.

It is a Yukon. When I told them it was a Yukon they stated it was an "oversized vehicle" and would cost me more, then began to berate me about the fine print. The fine print, which was not on my groupon, and says nothing about size of vehicle in it. So because they want to charge more money, they are basically extorting me because I have a newer Yukon and they assume I will ignore the blatant disregard for customer service and pay the extra cost... The lady eventually hung up on me. TLDR- I am going to use my groupon, but will never use this company again because of the rudeness of the employee and the ridiculous classification of cars.

There is room for maybe five vehicles near the building, but they also have a large side lot they do the actual detailing work in. Both times I was greeted outside and asked what I wanted done. They offer several different services so can meet your needs. I wanted a complete interior and exterior cleaning and detail. This takes most of a day, so don't plan on just waiting. Both times they did a very good job of getting all the dirt removed, everything waxed, and the interior looked almost brand new. They do what they say they will, and the price is reasonable.

I ran a wet wipe over the dash and it was quickly dirty, so we know that wasn't done either, attaching photo of my cup holder and back interior corner, and I could attach a whole lot more. Floor mats not clean, windows still show dirt around edges, didn't look like they washed/cleaned any of the inside, just did a vacuum. I paid $200 for a full detail. I messaged owner via voicemail and text with photos and got no reply.

I was fortunate to find another stellar hand wash place in my travels. Guy who runs the place is super cool really hustles, and is a stickler for detail. The wash cost me $35 which is a little more than I normally pay, but he did a really good job. The good news was he was able to take me right in and take care of everything on a moment's notice. If I ever come back out this way again I need my car wash this is where I will go.
