I chose the $14.99 wash ($1.50 more for trucks) but was charged $27+. A little frustrating having to work that out when I was clear about the wash I wanted. Once my truck was done (pretty quick, actually), I had to have them go back over it as there were still lots of bugs on the bumper, grill and hood. Two guys spent some time recleaning it but it was still dirty. I went ahead and just left but I had to go back over several areas myself once I got home and I really didn't want to do that. Also, a wet dog smell lingered inside from the cloths they were using. Probably won't be going back to this place.

I haven't tried it yet so I can't compare business but will update once I do. This is very nice with very friendly staff. They use a belt drive that carries you through rather than rails and rollers like all the other washes. The prices start at $7 for a basic soap and rinse and go up $12,$15 and...not sure because I chose the $15 wax. This includes a polish after the wax is applied AND a soft cloth buffer after going through the dryer which I haven't seen anywhere else. My wheels didn't get as clean as I like but the rest of the Truck was very nicely done. They have very powerful vacuums, air for your tires and washer fluid as well as offering towels to dry, window cleaner and air freshener. They definitely raise the bar for anything else in the area and much better value for your $$ than the wash place up in Ooltewah off Little Debbie and worth the drive down from there by far.

As always he walks around our truck before the wash and touches up the inside of the truck, after the wash he always does a walk around and cleans off any extra water drippings to ensure no dry water looks. As he began the walk around he IMMEDIATELY saw 3 jarring scratches on the driver's side hood! He IMMEDIATELY spoke with staff that staff then spoke with the manager. As the manager tells my husband nothing can be done to help, the staff hands my husband a handwritten contact number for Modwash headquarters. The LACK of any care nor respect, my husband asked them to CANCEL his membership! A week later Modwash calls my husband stating that there is nothing in their wash that would scratch so therefore they are not responsible. We have 1 vehicle, bought brand new, my husband ensures the truck is always topnotch to ensure the longevity! Your company has COMPLETELY made a mockery in the utter insulting disrespect! Great to have my tires hand wax, I tried the rubber mat wash and it got all the crud out. The vaccum cleaner had 2 different nozzel to choose from and I also checked my tires pressure and was to add air. The glass cleaner and the towel service is great as well. And they also offer washer fluid for your vehicle. All and all this is a great cash wash for the money.
