After a very short wait, Anthony told my friend he was ready for her. She has mobility issues and when he observed her struggling to get to the counter, he immediately said he'd come to her so he took a seat beside her to assist. I was very impressed with his kindness and patience as she explained the problems that she was having with the phone. We'd thought she needed the battery replaced but Anthony determined fairly quickly that there was a Verizon scanning app running in the background and that was draining the battery. We were on our way in under 15 minutes and he did not charge her anything for his time. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and knowledge but especially his kindness. I'm definitely heading to this shop when I need repairs to my phone!

Went to get my iPad screen fixed and they said it would be done that day, and that they would call…read moreme. Didn't hear anything about it until I called 3 days later and they said it had been ready. Get there and the screen popping off and they hand it to me anyway. Take it back and have them fix it again, come back 2 hours later and still not fixed. They tell me, "We are not going to be able to do anything about it, and that's the best we can do." This coming after I paid $450 to get it fixed. There solution was to deal with it. A joke!
