He explained the plan for the installation and provided a cost estimate. I then made an appointment for the insulation installation. The crew arrived five minutes early. The lead technician introduced himself and his team, giving an overview of what they would be doing. I directed them to enter through the back door to access the attic hatch in the hallway. They covered the walls, floor, and door openings with plastic to contain the mess. A step ladder was set up, and two crew members installed the vents. Aside from one team member conversing with another in the attic periodically, you wouldn't have known they were there. After the installation, the crew member in the attic showed me how the attic looked with the new insulation. The attic now looked as if it were covered in snow. He removed the plastic, and then they left. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of insulation and would rate them a perfect 10.
