He did not seal the grout in my shower like I had asked him several times. There is one complete area on the bathroom floor missing grout. He did not put a drop cloth down like I asked him to and chipped my fiberglass tub in three places. When I asked him to repair that he painted the ENTIRE tub instead of just patching it with some sort of paint which caused bubbling and now my entire tub is ruined. He left his tools in my bedroom during the job and put a skill saw blade down on my wood laminate floor as well as his tile cutting tool, which got water on my laminate floor and caused buckling. He ruined the trim in my bathroom by reattaching it with screws , and then attempted to camouflage it but it's just a big eyesore. My threshold is in the wrong place and now too short to go all the way across he spent more time trying to fix his mistakes than he did working on my bathroom. For instance he did not cut a hole where the shower spout comes out because he forgot, until I pointed it out to him. He also caulked my toilet and baseboards (why?) and did a terrible job at that. His etiquette in my home was also terrible. I walked into my bedroom which my bathroom is en suite, and found him and his helper taking measurements of material ON MY BED. I told him not to put anything on my bed and came back an hour later, and something else was on my bed. I heard him on three separate occasions going into my refrigerator without asking, and he also used my microwave without asking. They did not use dropcloth and they tracked debris all throughout my house and chipped and scratched my laminate floor. I refused to pay him the remaining balance, because it is due upon completion and this is not a complete job. I have gotten estimates of how much it will cost me to fix his mistakes, which is more than the amount he was paid.Since then, he has left numerous outlandish messages and texts to myself, husband and brother with threats and implications. He is very unstable and his work is low quality as is his character.

He fixed it, or we thought he did, then he gave us his personal number and said call if anything comes up. Shortly after leaving it happened again, called him and he came right back. My husband went out and he said because of my review he couldn't talk to us at all. I looked at my husband and said oh no I meant to delete it because I was pissed when I wrote it. But i thought well I'll leave it because that kind of put me off again, this guy was very nice about it though. Then after he fixed it... we got an apology! That's all I needed to hear. I wish I'd gotten his name, but he was nice as can be and all I really wanted was someone to explain why I was cut off and couldn't be spoken to on the phone at all and he explained. Everything made since. So whoever you are, thanks and I appreciate you coming so quickly. Since we pay for the issues with this house, or at least half, it's nice to know its being done quickly and right, especially since it's so cold and we have 3 little ones. This is the second time (different house) that I have used them. The first time I had them…read morereshingle my house in West Plains and was extremely satisfied. So now I live 50 miles away at a house in Arkansas with broken shingles and of course I called them again. This time we opted for their steel roofing system that has no screws going through the steel (it's an amazing system to watch them install). They were done in a day, cleaned up every little bit after themselves, and the entire team was courteous and professional at all times. The new roof is beautiful, has withstood strong winds and hail, and the light almond color has even kept the house noticeably cooler this summer. We are thrilled with Donahue Roofing.
