The survey was done with in about a weeks time just as they said it would be, and they emailed me a copy of it once it was completed. The last time I heard from him he said he was returning my fee, which he actually did. Still no report. I'm disappointed in Matt. I expected better. I don't know what's going on, but I'm assuming this company is in trouble. Sad.

Matt told me he would come back to complete the work, but despite multiple text messages from my husband and me, as well as an email regarding an invoice discrepancy ($500 listed instead of the $540 I paid), the issue was never resolved. There were also other problems with the work. Tile around my bathtub was removed to inspect a faucet and was never put back, and one of the fence pickets that was repaired has already fallen off. Before leaving this review, I contacted the business through Yelp to give them one final opportunity to address these issues. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I understand that mistakes can happen, but what disappointed me most was the lack of follow-through and communication. I simply wanted the work I paid for to be completed or the $40 refunded, but neither happened. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
