I thoroughly enjoyed shopping at Ms. Fabulous (and they have an online presence) for a different take on some of these staples (horizontal striped sweater) as well as a few things that are totally different. The prices are super competitive; I didn't feel like anything really soared over $70-100 as a single piece. The clothes feel better made than anything at Forever 21 or Charlotte Russe. And, the shopowner is LOVELY to talk to and was able to recommend other shops in Carmel's downtown that might pique my interest. She said that if people express favorite brands or styles, she tries to reach back out when she gets new items in stock. Amazing. I bought a few items from here, and I will probably try to go back any time I'm in Carmel.

Hi everyone I was at…read morea comedy evening at Sunny California in Capitola on 5/9, the store was newly opened. I brought a steel wine cup (included but in the color green) and it was unfortunately left behind. I contacted the store via the published phone number and left a message, used the contact me form online through their website, and also stopped in. I was told by the owner that his wife DID find the cup and stashed it somewhere. He asked me to leave my name and number and he would call me. He hasn't. I have since used the same methods (contact us form, left a voicemail, also have send an Instagram message) and once again stopped in to pick up my cup. I was told by the employee today that they had not found the cup. This seems small and you may be thinking I should let it go. Well, it was my husband's and he died in 2024. I used it at an event and it didn't get placed back in my bag, I was told it was found. I just want the cup returned to me, can you please help?

This lady stood so close behind us and didn't give us room to comfortably shop. She then turns off the light and says "we're closing in 5 minutes" and walks away to another shop across from her store. This made us feel so unwelcome and we absolutely did not deserve to be treated this way. Its a shame that the customer service is severely lacking being that this is considered a small business.

The best thing about the Carmel store is the manager, Jessica! She is uber helpful and so sweet. She knows her clothing line also. That is why she is the manager :). Hermes, LV, Gucci, Bottega, Chanel, Balenciaga, Manolo, Loub's, Tiffany, you name it. Stopped in while visiting some friends this weekend who live in the area and I purchased a black pebbled leather Prada Vitello Phenix Bauletto in mint condition. So pristine I would be surprised if it was ever even worn. Very pleased. Another friend found a beautiful lightweight Chanel suit in spring colors and a light grey and pink Chanel jacket that fit her perfectly. Such a fun little treasure hunt and our sales assistant was a doll. I could see coming back regularly for sure, and I have a couple of items I wouldn't mind consigning myself. Win win.

Jeffrey was my salesperson and he was darling. There's a ton of merchandise all over the store. I started to feel like they thought I was sketchy because I can honestly look around a store like this for hours and hours. I'm not sure there were any "deals" to be found as every item was priced at top of the market, even a little higher than like or similar items I later found online. A Great place to find a "hard to find treasure" more so than it is a place to find a good deal. I definitely recommend checking it out, and ask for Jeffrey.
