Smiling and happy to see you. Always kind and concerned. She listens to every word you have to say. She is leaving Brenham to relocate to be with her family and to teach other future doctors. I recently found out Dr McDonald was listed in my network again so I made an appointment to re-establish her as my PCP. Unfortunately I had to miss that appointment because I was unexpectedly called into work. When I called to make another appointment I was told someone would have to call me back. Eventually I got a call from someone in Dr McDonalds office saying "the doctor will only agree to see you again if you're serious about treating your condition" and then mentioned my recently missed appointment along with a few missed appointments in the last 2 years. I'm not too sure how many appointments I could have missed when Dr McDonald wasn't even my doctor but what i learned from this experience is Dr McDonald must think she is the only doctor around. I'll be more than happy to take my family's medical needs elsewhere rather than putting up with her condescending BS, who does she think she is anyway?

She always treats us like she's known us forever and provides and recommends us with the best route to take. The lobby staff are fast and friendly. I've heard some horror stories about the billing side of it, but fortunately, no issues yet. The area is clean and not dirty looking like some other clinics. Small parking lot, but it doesn't get too busy so the parking is more than enough. Located next to Stella's donuts and Pizza Hut on Villa Maria.

Her up to date knowledge of so many areas of health is astounding. Has anyone ever heard of migraines in your eyes that are not painful. After she told me this I went to an opthamologist and he confirmed it. I have had several doctors since her but none compare. I may go back even if she doesn't take insurance.!

Super chill guy. Also, he's a D.O. instead of an M.D. which means he views the patient more holistically to reach a diagnosis. Rather than only treating symptoms, he looks for the root cause.
