After receiving an email confirming delivery on the 17th, followed by one instructing us to have £40 in cash ready for the driver, my husband left work to ensure someone was home. Then we received a call from a courier saying the driver wouldn't reach us due to too many deliveries. He promised to call back--he never did. We waited until 11pm with no update and no sofa. We'd already given away our old one that morning, trusting the new would arrive. I've had to take another day off work just in case it comes today. Calls to customer service were cut off twice. No support. No accountability. Just stress and silence. We feel ignored, let down, and frankly shocked by the treatment received. I'm escalating this complaint and urging others to think twice before ordering from B&Q. Customers should never feel this unimportant.

Loftplan's experience really shined through, and they were able to make a complicated project feel like a relatively minor amount of work. They were polite and professional to our family and to our neighbours, which made a real difference to the whole experience. Loftplan were accommodating to our suggestions but also weren't afraid to make recommendations or suggest improvements to our initial plans. The space itself is light, with more space than I anticipated and modern, high quality fittings. All in all, they have a great team and are lovely bunch of people. I found this company after they were recommended by a family member, and I would absolutely second this recommendation to anyone who is looking for a loft conversion company.

The way it works is that you call them up, they come round and give you the quote with they stress the ACTUAL amount you will pay, then you decide if you want them to do it. Simples! The website is very interesting as there is much information on there about the company and also information on how to keep your upholstery looking good so that you don't have to get them round as quick.

This company drilled in the face of the profile for no apparent reason leaving an unsightly hole. Every fixing into the wall saw the fitters damage with a drill the profile 10 times. The profiles were too short and are not straight. The box section was not secured to the lintel and the seal was too short and wrong colour. The wires were left hanging loose out of the box. They left rubbish behind and demand £150 to fix. Disgusting.
