The Driver David and the Porters Jordan and Brad were very helpful and professional and went out of their way to explain everything from beginning to end. They unpacked my possessions and moved them into the rooms we asked them to without any problems. We were happy and thankful that the team made the day easier and less stressful than we thought it would be. We would highly recommend them to anyone that is moving their possessions around.

I had to tell the youngest one that he was forcing my sofa through the door so hard that he was breaking the bottom. Once the movers had left, I started to put my furniture back together and items damaged were: - bedframe - bedside table - dining table - which had a deep scratch in it beyond repair I complained to Jason on the same day and was told that it was my job to check the items weren't damaged before he left. I was originally quoted for a two van drop, however, on the day they managed to squeeze all into one. I was asked to take a living room lamp as they could not fit this in - in my opinion the service was lazy. I was promised a refund in April and I'm still waiting in June. Do not use, terrible service!
