Communication with the company is essentially nonexistent and I have reached out to handle this matter privately but he refuses to respond- The crew showed up 2 hours after the OWNER arranged the time for pack-out. They "didn't know" they were supposed to pack my things in boxes??? And said they couldn't move us because they didn't bring packing material. I tried to contact Jason via text and call (2x) and the crew called Jason as well. He would only communication with the crew and the only way this ever got discussed was because the crew ended up calling him on speaker phone with me there. Ultimately, the crew moved "what they could" and left everything else for us to move ourselves.... While still charging us the full price I was quoted. Being 7 months pregnant, I hired movers to make the process smooth and easy, and boy was it FAR from that. Again, I have reached out and asked Jason to discuss this experience with me and have heard nothing back from him.
