I'm a student and rent books and then drop them off regularly each quarter to send back. Normally the people are very accommodating. Being new to redmond I went here to drop off my books and I got the worst service. For a company who's motto includes good service, the guy here was so rude and coarse with me. He offered no help and no greeting. I needed tape and it seemed like the end of the world for him! Then he walked away as I finished the package and then without even looking at me just told me to leave it on the counter. I will never come here again, not even to drop off a box. I'm a Realtor, and needed to get some color flyers printed from my USB drive. I was unsure about using these guys because of past reviews. All I can say is my experience was entirely positive. The guy behind the counter was very helpful, he made sure to use the paper I selected, had no problems using my file from USB, and importantly charged a fair price.
