Instead, she brought consistent energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine excitement to get everything just right. Her communication was top-notch. She was always quick to respond to emails and calls, kept things moving forward, and made the entire process feel easy and collaborative. And the final result? Better than I expected. There was a lack of follow through and our experience required a lot of patience with them during their move. BP staff could use some customer service training. Our order which cost us over $1,000.00 was printed on extremely poor quality garments. We were promised (by Jocie) what we ordered had little to no shrinkage and so we agreed to the purchase. What we received were (pretty much) one-time use shirts. After one wash, they shrink 2 sizes and are disfigured. When we called to speak with Jocie, she expressed little to no concern and said she had 'no control over what we agreed to purchase". We won't be using BP again.

Wonderfully friendly service when shipping things!…read more Sometimes I have to ship things from my one house to the other. Other times I ship things for my super cute niece and nephew in Seattle. The UPS store is conveniently located in a mini mall with plenty of parking. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! I find it easier to buy boxes here but I pack the stuff myself to minimize pre-ship expenses. They can pack it for you, it's just spendy me thinks. My package arrived in SF when I hoped it would without the expense of 2 day or guaranteed shipping. I love that! Easy peasy visits here make this something I can check off my to-do list without enduring anxiety. That's worth a fiver!
