Having said that - there's a water aerobics class that closes the pool for anyone who doesn't sign up for the class. The class is almost entirely older/retired folks every time I see it - one of them is an Arthritis class. The schedule for the class is 9:15AM, and 6PM. These times are pretty easily recognizable, because they're the same times that working folks go to the gym. That's in the morning on weekends, and in the evening on weekdays. So unless you schedule the rest of your life around the pool hours, you'll either have to start your swim workout at 7PM on a weekday, or get there early enough on the weekend to get it in before they start. There's a dedicated swim lane for the pool, which is great, but you can't use it during the aerobics class. This is a decent gym otherwise but this policy is terrible. Closing the pool at peak times for a class (especially one aimed at retired folks with a more flexible schedule) is extremely inconvenient. My wife and I signed up at this gym specifically for the pool, and not being able to use it at the times that the average person hits the gym is obviously unacceptable.

I said " I think my contract says I can be in the pool during open hours, other than water aerobics" " He literally yelled at me and said, "it's at the pool staffs discretion and you signed the contract, if you have a problem with it talk to the front desk and tell them Bobby said it's the rule" I reported this encounter to the owners son. He shrugged it off and said "ya, Bobby can be like that" After that I went back a few times. but felt uncomfortable, always looking to avoid him and this was not worth the stress. I am a leukemia patient. Stress is very bad for me. I initially signed up for exercise and swimming to relieve stress. I than decided it was best to not return. I never went back. 9 months of wasted gym membership. I felt uncomfortable and very unsafe. Afraid he would come at me with comments about reporting him to the owner's son. Bobby is a loud, disruptive self-centered inconsiderate and very rude person. I was sad to not return. however, his professionalism and communication were unacceptable. The studio is small, very clean, and pleasant. Christina was welcoming and not judgemental. She takes the time to make sure your form is safe and correct. There are ladies of all ages and fitness levels that go here. It is also refreshing that she plays a variety of music at a reasonable level and does not just blast techno while she yells at us like some other fitness places. I would recommend.

I personally find them to be a good 1hr effort - not brutal, but definitely not "light", challenging enough to motivate and have you push through the level of effort you walked in the door expecting to exert. Coach Abby is my favorite; high-spirited, funky, and motivating. The workouts are diverse, and you work at your own pace; no egos in sight here. I have to say that the technology integration by far is my favorite aspect of OrangeTheory. My name on the screen with a live feed of my heart rate is a constant reminder to shorten my breaks and push it harder with every set. Take a look at my other reviews, me giving anyone a perfect 5 star rating is rare. I can't think of a single flaw I can point out with this gym. It is the cream of the crop of fitness gyms in Nashua.

I have been going to Millyard Strength and conditioning for 9 months and couldn't be happier…read more The trainers are great. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. All the members are very friendly and welcoming. The trainers have personally worked with me in both the group exercise classes and semi personal training sessions to make sure that I am doing my exercise correctly. They analyze and adjust my diet as needed to make sure that I am eating correctly to maintain my fitness routine and achieve my fitness goals. The facility is perfect. Large and open for group classes, great outdoor space for outdoor activities (weather permitting)and plenty of parking. I have gone to the $10 or $20 per month gyms, and you do not get the personal attention that you get here. At the other guns, no one is there to make sure that you are doing your workout and/or exercises correctly. No one is there to give you nutritional advice. They don't have the personal, community atmosphere that you get here in both the group classes and strength training sessions. I highly recommend Millyard Strength and conditioning. I have lost weight and have become stronger with the help of everyone at Millyard Strength and conditioning. I have never felt better than I do today. My only regret is that I didn't join them years ago.

We have a few friends who have cycled through FITLAB, and who bailed because of poor maintenance, cleanliness, and broken equipment at more than one FITLAB club locations. I had a chance to sign-up for a 30 day, complimentary membership, with two free personal training sessions, and I opted out, due to FITLAB's suspect business practices.
