The invoice I have 75 for leaf blowing. Our neighbor does have a tree and of course the leaf will come to our side however that would not take them an hour to blow the leaves. Even that his all over the place with his pricing. Don't use them!

Everyone has different perspectives and I would never want to hurt a business based on my feelings or praise a businesses for operating appropriately because that's what they are expected to do, that's the service we pay for. Business owners should take pride in their work and the services provided. I'll let their work speak for itself (see pictures). They are a nice family but nice doesn't get the job done and I can't do anything with apologies every week especially while they have my riding tracker in exchange for their services. I did that for them so they could help the community. There is a constant lack of; communication, consideration, scheduling, and the quality of service is highly neglected. As a last attempt, I was promised they would be here this morning (Monday 7/14) to make it right. It's 12 PM while composing this msg. The last grass cutting was on 6/20, the last communication was on 7/11. I tried giving one last chance before writing this review but I am done waiting and will no longer recommend them due to everything transpiring. It should not be this difficult especially for service already agreed upon and paid for.

After an emergency plumbing issue that resulted in our sewer line needing to be dug up and totally…read morereplaced, our front lawn was a mess. Our back yard also needed some TLC, but neither my husband nor I have green thumbs, and neither of us have the patience to put in the extensive work that would have been required to fix up our property. I decided to enlist a landscaper not only to correct the issue leftover from the plumbers, but to do a general cleanup of our entire property. I tried calling a couple of other landscaping companies before contacting J&A. One told me that they couldn't help me, and I had to play phone tag with another company, which was frustrating and annoying and just didn't sit right with me. I would call them and the phone would go to voicemail after one ring, even if I called back minutes after they left me a voice message. When I called J&A, Marvin answered on the second ring and when I explained what we were looking for, said he could come over that evening. He was there when we got home from work, and he spent over half an hour with my husband and I walking through our property and discussing what we wanted done. He even pointed out some drainage issues that I didn't even know we had until he showed me. When we were satisfied, he told me that his crew would come by the following week, weather depending. This morning, we left for work and our property looked disastrous. When we got home, the work was finished. It looks beautiful. The service was prompt, efficient, and he did exactly what we'd discussed. I couldn't be more pleased at their responsiveness and the quality of the work done. I will definitely keep Marvin and his crew in mind when we inevitably need more work done in the future.
