There was no one else in the building and proceeding to cuss me out telling me how I didn't need this print out. When I explained that I had a specific need for it, he sat down and started pulling up my file. The whole time he was swearing and rambling on about how it was B.S. He then told me I would be charged. I questioned that since I had not been told that on the phone when I made the appointment. I needed these forms so when he insisted I told him that was no problem. He finally threw the paperwork across the desk at me. I asked him (since now i know I will need this yearly) if I can request this print out at the time I do my taxes each year and he started cussing again. He finally said I didn't need to pay when I said I did not have cash. I told him i was fine to pay any other method but he said no. He was very angry, aggressive and unprofessional.
