Susi, an obviously experienced professional, took care of my application for Alberta Health. She went over and beyond any expectations I had, Susi, advised me that one document I needed to continue the process, suggesting that could access the document she needed was on my bank's website. she was patient and pleasant. Susi even got me set up with my new Alberta Drivers license. I only interacted with Susi (a huge break for me). Observing the office, I saw cheerful engaged people. I can only surmise that Teena-Marie was having a bad blind day when she wrote that there were no accommodations for those with disabilities. Not true. Bad day for Teena-Marie. I contacted Dion and Jodie because they were the closest office to my home and I feel it is always best to give the local businesses a try before branching out. They helped me through getting my policy transferred from the States to here and were even able to continue all my discounts. I have known Dion and Jodie for two years and they have always answered all questions I have had in a professional and friendly manner. I have had regular contact with them over this last year due to a motor vehicle accident (through no fault of my own). Jodie has gone above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my paperwork is submitted to claims (who cannot accept external email due to IT security restrictions) and that I receive timely responses. She has exemplified strong follow-up skills, organizational skills and relates to people with genuine care and concern. For me, great customer service is extremely important; and it is also very rare these days. Companies are straying from the ideal that the customer is actually important. Dion and Jodie at State Farm here in Stony Plain have proven to me time and time again that my experience with State Farm as a whole is extremely important to them and that their goal is to make me happy with my services, products and interactions with them. I will reiterate, this is a rare quality in businesses today; and it is one I appreciate. I rarely rave about a company, but I believe they deserve this; they have, no doubt, earned every word of praise. I would highly recommend this State Farm office to anyone seeking a professional insurer who will fight for you. Okay so this is long but it'll explain what is going on first thing is iv always liked this…read moreinsurance company iv been with them for over 5 years they are very nice staff in house and they are fast and quick when ya need them but when it comes to making a claim and it has been the worst recently I had someone jump out in from of me with less then 2 car lengths to react and I was going 100 with an eco diesel truck fully loaded and it hurt I was very lucky to walk away but I'm still rough but my truck was done for you deal with the advisers and well claims people they are impossible constently saying they are not getting the files I'm sending , they are trying to rip me off the appraiser is saying there was damage to my vehicle prior to the accident which there was definitely not true truck was mint I love it took great care of it, they said it was 61000 kms when it was way lower but he couldn't start it because the battery was cut by the fire department. Then they price compared to 5 gas trucks because they were also tradesmen but they did not diesel all gas which is way cheaper then a diesel truck on average 10000 to 20000$ cheaper and they don't depreciate like gas so after trying to get across to these people that is a huge problem iv only had the truck 11 months they are trying to make me take 33000 but every 2018 eco diesel is selling for 38-45000 they are not the same model as mine but outdoorsmen is not much different and the trucks had way more kms some 3x! So I call the manager and he does nothing but argue that they changed the kms back down to a more realistic amount of 50000 but still paying me as a gas truck then he tells me to do his job and go looking around for trucks to compare but they still won't take the gas trucks off they wanna use them to lower the payout of my truck from a fair amount this has eaten up over 2 weeks they only gave me the bogus offer so they could put the rental on me but I can't accept that amount how am I supposed to get new vehicle if I take that rip off offer like that I'd never get anything like I had for that money but I had full coverage and the other guy has been charged and was at fault majorly. The place they set me up with for a rental has been nothing but trouble rude and far from cheap im dropping it off soon find a new rental and it sucks because I could have had a new truck weeks ago it's waiting, looks like I'm going to have to lawyer up against my own insurance I'll definitely be shopping around after this ridiculous argument I only asked for a completely fair amount my truck is super hard to find because they sell very fast and not many people would give it up. But the staff in the building are extremely awesome iv got no complaints towards them but I'm a great driver and no claims ever then when I need them most they fail me hard and try to take me for tens of thousands cause a ton I ended up lawyering up against them and even my lawyer was aware of how they are towards claims

I told them to do so and to keep my pre-existing policy open. I later found out that they had cancelled said policy without my permission and i now owed over $1200 for the year. When I raised concern about the issues i was told "not to worry about it," and there is nothing they can do. Someone screwed up and cost me a bunch of money and they're telling me not to worry about it?!?! I would seriously recommend going elsewhere.
