During a trip through Montana, we experienced a slide-out equipment problem. I called 4 RV service companies in Lethbridge, AB, on Canada Day, 2025, because we were heading into Alberta, Can. on July 3. Tiffany was the only person who answered my call, and she was incredibly helpful. She talked about our problem, and told me, "when you get here in 2 days we can help you." We got to Back Country RV and they were waiting for us, I had a "show-and-tell" session with the service guy and within minutes we had the problem solved.
