Spending over an hour in a room while the doctor can see you for 3 mins and not feeling heard. The last time I took a suggestion and had a medication problem I was told it's not the medication and is a whole new issue and I need to be seen again. I questioned this because I have a very demanding job. Then was told in order to talk to a provider at all it needs to be an appointment in person because they are too busy. Meanwhile they have seen me 2 time in two weeks. I have had multiple miscarriages this last year and those specialty doctors took time out of their day to call me themselves to see how I was doing. Quality of care exists, just not at this office. My time and energy is important to me so I will be getting a different primary care provider.
