I spent over $1000 with her and I am very unhappy with the end result. Kailey originally agreed to fix my lips, but when she saw that, I left her an honest review online she refused. I actually took down the within 24 hours. I wanted to give her some grace because we all have bad days. She has done work for me in the past and it was good. She could not have been more arrogant and dismissive about my concerns. I feel the need to stand up for myself and to warn others. Please find someone else. Good luck!

I was going weekly and the estheticians told me you're supposed to go about every eight weeks... Anyways I figured I would jump the gun and try again because let's be honest who the heck likes hair? And I'm so glad I did!!! Everybody is super friendly and welcoming very professional and they'll go over any questions or concerns you have. There was a Groupon for under armpits I start it off with that. I was pre-cautious but I noticed after two weeks YOU can already see some results which I was ecstatic about I quickly added other parts of my body to the hair removal list!!! Thank goodness I did it's been so nice don't have to wax anymore I've barely shaved. And I haven't even finished all my treatments yet. As for the pain what does it feel like? The laser hair removal like a pin prick doesn't hurt not really it's more of an annoying feeling but definitely worth it considering it only takes minutes. But if you are apprehensive about it you can always make a first time appointment and see if you can take it before you buy packages. As for the comments about charging you for rescheduling your appointment. It wasn't true for my case I had to reschedule for the following week and was not charged. (but I don't ever miss my schedules normally... my sister from the red hills was in town)

When I moved to the area I had to find a new dermatologist and settled on Dr Townsend at North Idaho dermatology. I couldn't be more happy about that decision. I really appreciate her approach to care, and the way that she's willing to discuss things and research things really helps make decisions. The office itself is quite nice, I don't know anything about the spa. The staff here is all friendly. And the medical assistance all seem very professional and are also very good at their jobs. I have had some issues with the billing department, working with my insurance. But I think that that's pretty standard for a doctor's office especially a specialist. So again, I don't know anything about any of the other doctors but I really appreciate working with Dr Townsend.
