The neighborhood by Bustamante park is very quiet which is what make it the ideal location for a coffee shop. The building is two stories and you can sit and enjoy a coffee on two different outside patios, one upstairs, one on the ground floor, or you can enjoy yourself inside. If you take your coffee inside the coffee shop you will literally feel like you are inside a library. Enjoy the tranquility of drinking a hot cappuccino while you enjoy a good book in a peaceful setting. I love being surrounded by trees and greenery, it is literally a hidden escape from the busy city.
