I went into their office 3days ago and spoke with the manager, Adam, who told me he was working on getting my equipment. I received a call today from U Haul reservations and they told me that I would have to drive to WI to pick up the truck, a 4 hour round trip. Needless to say, I was angry and felt deceived by Adam. If he had been honest with me when I went into his office, I would have cancelled my reservation and gone elsewhere. His deceptive and misleading information has caused me delay and inconvenience but he didn't care. he did absolutely nothing to help me.
