Zero Stars. Avoid this taxi service. Cab 5911 picked us up February 11 2025 at the airport around…read more3:45. He acted like he was inconvenienced by being there. There was 5 of us and luggage. He was definitely not happy to have to put out luggage in his van. We loaded two suitcases upfront with us. We gave him the address that was 4 miles away. His sign said $2.75 per mile but he said $25 flat fee. We agree to the price. On the way to our vehicle he asked why we didn't use a hotel shuttle. He stopped at our vehicle and as he unloaded a couple suitcases I unloaded the others and was placing them in our car. My wife paid him and he started swearing at her about a tip and said to use the shuttle next time. He never put anything in his computer or called in on his radio like I see all other cabs do before they start the route. I am sure he pocketed the money dishonesty to the company he drives for. Never again will we use this company. If I wasn't with I don't know what he would have done to intimidate my wife and kids. This man deserves to be fired immediately!

MinnDrive was their recommendation. I called the number provided and Greg answered. He helped me over the phone; extremely pleasant and professional! Gave me a quote and even let me know that the gratuity was included meaning once i am dropped off I don't have to fumble with an app to finish payment or configure a tip. It was seamless and greatly appreciated! Greg happened to be my driver. I was informed when he was on his way, and when he arrived. Extremely clean vehicle. Bad weather is moving in tomorrow (I get it) and I received a phone call today that all shuttles are cancelled for tomorrow. I was told that I'll have an account opened in my name and credit will be issued. I disagreed that was a good idea and was told my request would be "passed to corporate." The only credit I can give the company is that "corporate" called me and stated that my credit can be used for 12 months from today. I stated that I disagreed with this policy and do not plan to use this credit. I don't understand how they can justify this. Drivers won't be clocking in tomorrow, no gas is being used on these shuttles, and I'm not just scrambling to change my travel plans, I'm baffled that a small business in the Midwest would think non-refundable is the way to go when THEY decide to cancel the shuttle. Read the other reviews below because I'm not the only person who's been in this position. I'm not planning to travel again on Land to Air again and they can keep the "credit" on my account. I've had my money's worth sharing my experience honestly. Get a friend to drive you to the airport instead!
