They are always on time and help with the luggage. On our return they communicate well with us to coordinate pickup location and make sure we don't have to wait too long. Pick up at the airport in SFO is near the taxi line, thus that's a huge win over Uber/Lyft. Highly recommend them for a slightly pricier alternative to Uber/Lyft but with a significantly better and more reliable service than these apps.

From early am pickups, to airport runs, late night accommodations, family pickups, etc. - they do it all, and flawlessly. Rather than look for something he…read morecan try to fit into and be happy though he might not be, and just pass his time, he instead created his own - seemingly successful - transportation service, and though I only see his drivers and vans at Travis AFB when I am there stuck for a week or so, or arriving and seeking a ride to the City, it's always a great sight. He advertises and does offer the cheapest prices available - I found out recently after being tight on dinero and calling transport shuttle services in ALL of the Bay Area, including Sacramento, San Francisco, Oakland and Fairfield - and all I discovered is that none of them could not beat Stan's shuttle prices! I have thus far been delivered twice and absolutely enjoyed the ride(s). Once to Vallejo to catch the ferry to SF, and just recently to SF and in both instances the driver was very courteous, very punctual and very articulate. It is such a joy to hear nice people who know the English language which in this age and time, is butchered daily. I highly commend his drivers and their polite manners in person and by phone. On my most recent delivery by Stan's driver Wesley, he had to check at a hotel for people who had called for transport services. After arriving, the driver looked high and low for that group of people who had simply disappeared without notice nor even a call to say they were leaving... though the people may be mean and discourteous, Stan's drivers are not and this isn't because they are told to maintain this attitude but because when one is born and raised to be kind and sincere, one cannot act in any other way. Thanks Stan for your drivers and your great service. See you the next time I am stuck in Fairfield and Travis. They drive a very plain white van with Stan' name and logo on the back window. I have taken other vans from the City to Travis and being on the road a lot myself, I can understand the traffic and routine of someone who "lives" behind the steering wheel, and I seriously thought I wouldn't arrive at Travis alive, as that driver was driving half asleep, so much that I felt compelled to talk continuously to simply keep that driver awake! I will never call anyone else but Stan's drivers!

Though the recording said I would get a call back, it never happened. 2. I was supposed to be picked up at 430 the morning of the January 3rd, but no one ever showed up. As a result, it cost me $700 to get a commercial flight when I was almost guaranteed to be manifested for my flight. 3. When I finally was able to reach somebody an hour after my scheduled pickup, the dispatcher simply said that the driver must have been late.
