The two glasses of champagne we ordered came right away but were very skimp pours. The shrimp also came soon. The wine took 20 minutes more! Then another 30 minutes elapsed and we insisted he go find and bring the salad-which he did-followed quickly by the mains. As for the food-large salad with grilled peaches was nice as was the "Swiss (perch) and chips". The grilled perch and ravioli were fine but not outstanding. Bottom line I had high hopes for this place given the reputation of the hotel-very very disappointing-easily one of the worst serving experiences in our years of global travel.
