Disappointed. Had one kitchen drawer and two cabinet doors that were scratched and was charged $250. Tim was here for two hours and the stains he used I could buy at Lowes. He missed several spots and when I asked him to come back to fix, I got a lecture about how he doesn't like to do touch ups and how much training he had. The spots he did look OK but the inside of the doors and other areas are missed. Buy some Restor A Finish from Lowes and do it yourself if you have small areas like mine. I would not recommend this company for touch ups....maybe they do better with the whole kitchen. UPDATE: 12/30/22 I received a full refund from Tim today by certified mail with a nice letter. I paid him on 11/21/22. I only said a half refund would be adequate because the work was not completed satisfactorily. Too bad this had to happen. What a great job! Tim is the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. He is very kind and very knowledgeable about cabinet painting! Don't let painters fool you into letting them paint your cabinets. Have a cabinet refinishing professional like Tim do it!!!! Also he is cheaper then everyone else. Plus he made my wife very happy. Tim completed our cabinets in the kitchen and master bathroom a few weeks ago. Tim was very professional and kept us up to date each day on what he was working on and made sure both my husband and I were happy with the finished portion each day. I can't tell you how pleased we are with the completed project. I appreciated how he came out gave a free quote and the price remained the same through the project. I wish I had taken some before and after pictures to show the difference. We will defiantly be calling Tim back to refinish our cabinets in our other bathrooms. read more
