Good company before the order, during the order and upon delivery. Not very happy with their follow up customer service after delivery. We have an issue with the construction on one of our two bathroom cabinets and it's been over two weeks since we told them of the issue and still, nothing has been done to remedy the problem. UPDATE: Today they sent out a technician that took care of the issue. He was very professional and knew just how to fix the cabinet to make it functional and attractive as it should have been from the start. read more

Very limited choices, one quality a very good cabinet, well built and you chose from their colors and handles and counter tops. We also ordered the top with square sinks. Love them! Finally, the prices on their handles were reasonable, so picked up basic handles. Delivered everything at once for a reasonable fee, right on time. They also provided the backsplash which looked amazing and was a good finishing touch. The helpers at their Mesa store helped us choose colors and finishes. They did great. I have absolutely no complaints and will use them again when we redo our guest bathroom. Stopped at the Mesa store looking for replacement toe kick for the kitchen. I have to give Cabinets 4 Less an OUTSTANDING rating. Their representative, Tony Higgs knows what customer service truly is. While they did not have a match for my cabinets, Tony provided me with several leads to follow up with for finding the right match. Most stores will simply tell you they don't have anything that matches. And, that would the end of the conversation. Not with Tony. He knows customer service is helping solve people's problems or meeting their needs. Tony came up with a list of places to check for a matching toe kick. Despite not having anything to match, Tony went that extra step to help solve our problem and meet our needs. I wish I was redoing cabinets as he would have received all my business. Cabinets4less now has a Scottsdale store on MacDonald next to the bike store. I have priced cabinets and made the rounds with local stores and contractors and feel they have been the most helpful. Connie is who helped me, and really walked me through the process. It's way out of my comfort zone and she made it be so much easier! The way it works is you pick out your cabinets, they are manufactured in Mesa, and they give you a list of contractors to contact and set up. I want to say this store is helpful and beautiful. Nice and bright in there and you can see your cabinets. I was impressed with the reviews on Google and Yelp and decided to check them out. I"m glad I did. Trey the sales consultant/designer was wonderful, he was able to direct me to just what I wanted. I brought my husband in and Trey came up with a computerized design for us and was able to get in more cabinets than we currently had which was a real bonus. There was no attempt to upgrade or add in more expensive items. After we finalized what we wanted Trey came out to verify measurements and everything was at no charge. When we received the cabinets we were really happy with the quality, they're beautiful. The installer Cliff was amazing, he clearly has been doing this for a long time. Trey, the fabricators, the delivery guys and the installer were all great. My time is very limited and he was able to work with him via email. This meant I was able to continue my daily work/household responsibilities without any negative impact. First, let me say that for the price of these cabinets the quality is great. They use 1/2" plywood instead of your cheap particle board that a lot of companies try and sell because they are affordable. They also come with modern features such as soft close as a standard option. They also had no issues with customization and had an array of options to give you exactly what you are looking for. Second, the customer service was rocky in the beginning but I was transferred back to trey who I had originally began speaking with on the design and had a great experience. They were constructed quickly and delivered in a timely manner. There was one hiccup in the job but they were quick to make the necessary changes and made sure everything was right and I was satisfied. I did not have them measure or install as I did not need the assistance but it was a service offered. All in all I would not hesitate to use these guys again or refer them to other contractors in the industry. They provide a great cabinet for a very reasonable price! read more

Great Price and good product if you get the right guy to come out and measure you are golden. The only issue was the measurements and layout of our cabinets. We were completely redesigning our kitchen so measurements were taken before some walls were removed. We told this to the guy who came out to measure as if the wall were not there but when the cabinets arrived they measured to where the old walls stood. After some back and forth and re-measurements the company came through and replaced the cabinets with the correct size. Little bit of hassle but ultimately was a good price and service for what we received. They company they use to install the cabinets is Awesome they do a great job and are in and out before you know it.
