Once after I tried cleaning it, the glue came loose and my kitchen sink collapsed onto multiple appliances below. Terry (the owner) did respond to that situation, and came over to reglue the sink. Since then, I have contacted him 5-7 times with photos and request that he just come and fix it. He responded once and said he has no excuse-- he's just been really busy.

Do NOT hire them! CAN'T get subcontractors to show with ANY consistency. Always "on their way"…read moreonly to be delayed by hours and sometimes the whole day! ALWAYS had to reach out to find out what was going on, only to be given timelines that were hardly ever met. Roof felt placed vertically (not good for watershed, especially on a sloped roof!) then couldn't get the roofer to show back up to fix it horizontally like we wanted (and should have been done in the first place!) in a timely manner. Ordered WRONG siding and then tells us it's "all they could get" on the day they start installing despite NEVER saying it was different size when it came in. Made a BBB complaint because they are definitely NOT A+ and someone needs to know it. Despite a MULTITUDE of complaints laid out to the owner, we were only given 2/3 of a refund of our deposit for "time and materials" of which they removed dormer siding and placed paper, removed shingles, and placed the roof felt vertically (again, not the way we wanted). They tried to offer to finish for free but given they couldn't get workers to show consistently and my husband WASTED 6 DAYS off work for what we were told was a "2 day job", we had lost ALL faith for them to complete and no longer wanted them on our property. Only took less refund in order to avoid taking them to court and wasting even MORE of our time (and money) on this horribly mismanaged company. Owner only offered a full refund IF we took down our BBB complaint because their BBB rating is more important to them than actually doing the job right, doing what was promised in the amount of time promised, or providing better management of their subcontractors. Wish I would have just flushed that 1/3 down the toilet or done something good with it than ever hiring these people.

He even brought me 3 four-foot pieces of vinyl so that we could see which color looked the best. I changed three times on what and how I wanted the siding, but Josh just said, "no problem" and changed the contract. The crew that installed the siding was also excellent. Cico was the foreman he made sure that everything was done correctly and would ask periodically if everything looked right. There were only a couple small items, and he fixed them immediately. His crew was friendly and worked very hard and long hours. I love my new siding, and if we ever need a new roof Allen Roofing and siding will be the first company I call.

They charge me $331 to replace one shingle in March. The shingles are only 7 years old and they look like they are 30 because they were nailed incorrectly. I have exercised my right to terminate the contract. Because no services were rendered and no a substantiated expenses were incurred, I've exercised my right to terminate the contract and have requested a full refund which also includes my deductible. There has been a seven-month delay caused by CRSS's refusal to move forward with the repairs as requested by my Insurance company. My insurance company confirmed they would accept photos of a repair that did not match and would submit them for review toward a full replacement. Despite this, no progress has been made on the siding or gutters, leaving my home in disrepair and an eyesore to the neighborhood. The siding has been removed on two separate occasions for samples and has yet to be replaced As communicated by phone on August 13, 2025, I requested completion of the project before the end of September 2025 to avoid HOA fines. It is now November 1, 2025 and still nothing is done. He refuses to return my money and feels like he is owed 40% of the money I paid up front. Nothing, absolutely NOTHING is stated in my contract that he is owed money when nothing is done. The insurance company asked for specific photos, those were not given and they requested a second time to be able to move forward. It's apparently mine and the insurance companies fault that he was not able to do his job the first time of getting the photos. And lastly when I asked why things were still not moving forward, he told me that now he needed someone from the insurance company to show him where the damages are! I don't know how it went from the initial scope of multiple people seeing the damages to now, not being able to see them and needing the insurance to come out to show him where they are. I requested to have my money by October 31, and here November 1, NOTHING! I'm sorry that I got involved with this company.
