I have always found the Sleaford Branch to be friendly and the repairs are carried out to a very high standard with the minimum of fuss. I also owe Andy Walsh and his team a great big thank you for sorting out my charity fundraising car in 2008 after I had rather a nasty bump which looked to have ended our event plans. Andy, after already respraying the car free of charge only a few days earlier!, recovered the car, arranged for it's repair and had us back on the road within weeks. The car was then driven to (Almost!) North Africa and back and helped to raise over £6500 for 3 charites. He took me and the car to their depot and then worked quickly until well after "closing time" to drain my tank and refill with diesel without any complaints at all. When I eventually spoke to someone, after calling 47 times and been told to cold twice and then been hung up on. Their car park compounds are not fit for purpose and unsuitable. I was told that cars had became stuck due to recent (not even heavy) rainfall. Cars were blocking other cars in. They wanted me to get public transport. Heathrow to North Oxfordshire?! Still awaiting a phone call back. The car will be deemed stolen if there is no update and I will be seeking a full refund when I have my can returned. Merry Christmas!
