Terrible service. Took over 30 minutes to get through to either the landline number or mobile number for their 'meet and greet' service when I landed and collected my baggage. When I eventually spoke to someone, after calling 47 times and been told to cold twice and then been hung up on. Their car park compounds are not fit for purpose and unsuitable. I was told that cars had became stuck due to recent (not even heavy) rainfall. Cars were blocking other cars in. They wanted me to get public transport. Heathrow to North Oxfordshire?! Still awaiting a phone call back. The car will be deemed stolen if there is no update and I will be seeking a full refund when I have my can returned. Merry Christmas! read more
