I had my third spinal fusion at the end of January 2020. I was in terrible shape afterward, barely able to walk to the mailbox and back without feeling like I was going to pass out. Then I started my PT at CACC Lone Tree. Within a week, I felt stronger and better. It has been a few months now, and my strength has grown quickly. I went there because of a cramp in my back near my shoulder blade and the therapist mentioned dry needles and I said let's try it. Now, this shoulder has been knotting and swelling for over a year. DO NOT GO HERE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I've been going around in circles for weeks trying to talk to someone about my negative experience: front desk passed me to billing which passed me back to front desk who passed me to my therapist who was so defensive and argumentative who told me I could speak to the owner only to tell me that he was busy and would pass along the message. Never heard back from the owner. I called when they weren't open and got the owners voicemail, left two voicemails only to get a call from the front desk again. I called the front desk back and argued with them for a few minutes before requesting to speak to the owner. I was put on hold for a couple minutes before the line was disconnected. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES WHO DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT HELPING PEOPLE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!! read more

NEVER GO HERE! This place in Unbelievable! They put me in collections for a bill I had already paid! I have been fighting with them over it for 9 months now and because I paid Cash they are taking full advantage of me and charging me again for it! These people not only dont care about what they are doing but have dodged my calls for several months until I went to the credit bureau and wrote a letter. My doctor referred me to CACC and said it was the best place in Aurora. He was right. The care I received from Dr. Kevin Gabrych and his assistant, Keenan, was simply wonderful. Dr. Kevin is a soft-spoken, serious, incredibly talented "healer." At no time did I feel intolerable pain and I am extremely pleased with the progress I made in a very short time. Keenan was my cheerleader! The facility is clean and busy ~ but not crowded. Patients and staff, alike, are treated with respect. If ever I need P.T. again, this is the only place I would even consider. read more

I enjoy my pt time at this location. However, many times it feels like the therapists & associates are rushing me to get thru a quota. I'm used to having undivided attention during my scheduled time, however here they seem to be about quantity. My care is good, but when they're seeing several patients at once, I feel a little lost. read more

My therapist, Bill Gregoire, was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and helped me immensely in recovering from my knee replacement surgery. He knew exactly what needed to be done for me to get the most benefit from my new knee. I actually looked forward to therapy because he made it fun. He has a very pleasant encouraging style. After utilizing their services two times, it's time for a review. The first was for post rotator cuff surgery and the second was for lumbago (lower back injury). Both times I completed my therapy prior to the limit authorized by my insurance carrier. I highly recommend Jennifer and/or Shana, they both are truly professionals and miracle workers. I was referred to CACC because of some shoulder discomfort and rather than wait for a PCP appt, CACC offered free consultation. Right there, Rob got to the root of it. My insurance took forever to get the referral going but once it did, Rob and Paige took great care of me and getting me back to where I should be, despite my limitations on some of the exercises ( my lack of coordination!). Appointment times were very, very convenient for my work schedule. While I certainly do not expect to return, I would come back here if need by. The only thing that threw me is I had to cancel a couple of appointments and while most of the front desk staff was pleasant, I was told I could only cancel through the therapist. I completely understood the cancellation policy and was fully prepared to pay my short-notice fee but I felt I was being sent to the principal to explain myself. read more

I came here after having acl surgery and was assigned to Shawna and Misty. Both of these ladies have blessed me with mobility after the painful surgery. Most patients joke that this is a torture chamber and Misty is one of the best at such torture. All kidding aside, these ladies are the best. read more

This was my first experience with physical therapy but I knew several people that have used this facility and loved it. From the first time they called me until the last time I visited them I had nothing but a great experience. They were very professional and made my time spent there well worth it. Remember you always get what you give. Rob and Deanna were the team that worked on me but I could tell from watching the rest of the therapists during my visits that they were all very pleasant and knowledgable. I have been going to CACC after a shoulder replacement surgery. The location was great for me. It's s very busy practice. Lots of people in a pretty small space. The therapists are really good. Some are better than others. I had the experience of using two while there. One had a doctorate in PT. The other didn't. I noticed a big difference between the two. My main complaint was the fact that they triple book. So while I had an appointment and I would start out with my therapist, I would then get passed off to a tech or be told to do the exercises on my own while they both worked on someone else. I spent too my time finding my therapist who was working on someone else to ask what I was supposed to do next. One time I had been given a weight and was doing one exercise and didn't want to bother my therapist again so I did another with the weight only to find out I shouldn't have been using the weight. My shoulder hurt for two weeks after that. I also tried the pool therapy with then but quit after a few times because the therapist spent most of there time talking to each other and just having us work on our own. I got frustrated having to constantly ask what to do. So I figured I could do it it my own pool. If I canceled they were in me to reschedule for that week. I got the feeling they were just pushing to get paid. I did use the massage therapist and she was great. In conclusion I believe the therapists are really good. I just think their practices need some work and if my insurance is paying for me I don't want to share with two more people. read more

I am currently receiving care from Jeff Moriarty at CACC for a chronic neck/back thing. I highly recommend this clinic. The front desk people are pleasant and kind, they seem truly concerned about scheduling me and checked my insurance coverage before my first visit. The assistants are helpful and patient. Staff and patients are happy and joke around, making the visits fun. And Jeff is amazing. I always leave feeling better and making more progress. My doctor is pleased, too. I can see why this place is so popular. I'm having to wait two weeks to get in for massage, but even though PT is busy too, I was scheduled right away and Jeff made sure I didn't miss a single visit. read more

I chose CACC from a list provided by my orthopedic surgeon mainly because pool therapy was offered. I didn't realize how beneficial the clinical therapy would be for me as well!! The staff is knowledgeable, supportive and very encouraging. I liked the pool therapy so much that I got a membership at the wellness center so I can swim whenever I want. My problem is with the administrative staff. I was going to be a new patient and whoever was giving me information was incredibly rude. I asked a simple question and she replied, "No. That's NOT what I said. What I said was..." As a person who has just recently been in a car accident and through a concussion this was not kosher with me. Although the place is literally two blocks from my house I will not be going there and will be driving to a place further away because I don't want to deal with her ever again. read more

I have been treated at several CACC locations over several years. Total knee replacement, rotator cuff rebuild and several back surgeries. In every recovery they have been the best I could hope for. I have gone from barely being able to walk to having very manageable pain in a very short time. I have a congenital defect that will probably prevent me from ever being pain free, but Bill has been able to get me to a point that I can work out again. He is very knowledgeable in regard to anatomy and what you need to exercise to feel better. Ashley is also very helpful in showing proper form. I have found myself looking forward to my PT sessions because I feel so much better after them. Although, sometimes, I feel that I could use a nap afterwards. The only negative is I do feel that the CACC as a company is more about quantity rather than quality. Sometimes it seems that the poor therapists are scrambling to see all of their patients in a timely manner. Wednesday's they seem especially overbooked. read more

I went to CACC for a leg problem. My "people" were Lawrence and Aimee for my therapy. Great place, they were patient with me and took time to answer my questions. But they also let me know when I was bad about doing my at home excises. Even as adults sometimes we need that extra push. I am done with my therapy and doing well. I would go back there if needed, hopefully not! Also a place the runs on time!! How often does that happen? read more
