We were able to buy (not rent) a tine from them to hook up to the boat, and they lent us a rope to attach the tube. The only real problem (other than the cost) that we encountered was the tube losing air and we had to inflate it between each rider to ensure it wasn't dead in the water. When we returned to the shop, they gave us a brand new one, in box, no worries whatsoever. I had a blast on the lake, I found everyone friendly, and if you're staying at GTB, it's worth the time and cost to take a boat for the day.

Went from 7am to 10ish to "we had an accident" to again another 2 days later be there early- no show - we cleaned up their mess ourselves for 4 hours.
