He is straightforward and knowledgeable. He discovered that we had water in our gas tank. He got the water out and added a fuel line separator. Our pontoon now runs like a dream. Whitney and her husband truly share the love for boating and the experiences familys make on the water. They not only took the time to make sure we were up to speed on using their equipment, they made sure we had everything we needed and locations of where to travel while in the area. Their equipment is brand new and well maintained, had no issues at all other than the weather. During the bad weather Whitney called me to make sure my family was okay. We were able to buy (not rent) a tine from them to hook up to the boat, and they lent us a rope to attach the tube. The only real problem (other than the cost) that we encountered was the tube losing air and we had to inflate it between each rider to ensure it wasn't dead in the water. When we returned to the shop, they gave us a brand new one, in box, no worries whatsoever. I had a blast on the lake, I found everyone friendly, and if you're staying at GTB, it's worth the time and cost to take a boat for the day.

Went from 7am to 10ish to "we had an accident" to again another 2 days later be there early- no show - we cleaned up their mess ourselves for 4 hours.
